Delivery & Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods please return them to us in the same condition and in the same packaging in which they were originally sent to you. Please make sure that you return any item within 28 days - we will then issue a refund. Please obtain a proof of postage certificate as we can not be held responsible for goods that may be lost in transit. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty.
Standard mainland UK postage is £2.95, and for orders of boots, postage is £10. For deliveries outside of mainland UK please contact us for special postage rates.
We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 2-3 working days of receipt of your payment. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date, if you feel this date is unsatisfactory you can, of course, cancel the order.

How do I return an item?
Please send it back to Dotty Hen, The Three Ways, Lower Boddington, NN11 6XX, in the same packaging within 28 days. You are responsible for return postage unless faulty, and please retain proof of postage.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you may return them within 28 days for a full refund. Postage will be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.

Please allow 3-7 days for your order to arrive.
Do you offer a gift wrap service?
All of our orders come beautifully wrapped in tissue! If your order is going directly to an address as a gift please note at the checkout to not include a delivery note. Goods will not be despatched with prices on.
